Third Grade Crew Leader, Brittany Gosnell earned her teaching license from the University of Southern Maine in 2017. She spent the next year teaching as a preschool teacher’s assistant at a Montessori preschool, and then began her first official year of teaching, teaching 4th grade at a startup school in Colorado Springs. She then taught 1st grade at Trailblazer Elementary school, and then shifted to the Denver area once hired at AXL Academy in Aurora. She spent the last three years teaching at AXL Academy–first teaching 1st grade for two years, and then shifting into 3rd grade for her last year there. She is honored and excited to join the Downtown Denver Expeditionary team for her 6th year of teaching! When she is not at school, she enjoys hiking, gardening, camping, practicing the flute, spending time with friends and family, and playing with her two cats: Doris and Darcy.
