Billing for Crew Club

Online payments will be accepted using the Procare System ONLY. Families participating in the after-school program are required to set up a Procare account. We highly encourage families to set up recurring payments which can be paid with your bank account information, e-check or credit card (for a fee). You will not be able to make a payment at the front desk or at Crew Club unless it is for a drop-in or all-day care drop-in.

Invoices will be emailed on the 1st of the month, due on the 5th of each month (September-May). Please read the Crew Club Program Handbook for detailed information regarding payments.
