Taylor John joined the board in February 2023. She is an Associate at Sherman & Howard L.L.C. in the Business and Real Estate practice group. Her practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, and securities regulations. Taylor is passionate about students. In the past, she was a volunteer teacher for Junior Achievement and she also taught a constitutional law class at George Washington High School for the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project. Taylor received a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Corporate Finance from Colorado State University and a J.D. from the University of Colorado. Taylor is a Colorado native and enjoys attending sporting events, being active, and spending time with her husband and family.
