Register for Crew Club

2025-26 Registration

Crew Club Registration for the 2025-26 school year is now open. Please review the steps below to register your student for afterschool care.

Important notes: 

  • Drop-in families are required to register and should choose the Drop-in option. 
  • You must know your child’s 6-digit student ID to register; please email the office at frontoffice@ddeschool.org if you need help finding it.
  • All families will be charged a $60 registration fee.
  • You will receive an enrollment confirmation before Aug. 1 of the school year you are registering for.
  • DDES will send a “Welcome to Crew Club” email in early August.
  • Set up your auto-billing in Procare. See more information below.
  • If you need financial assistance, you must be approved for CCAP by Aug. 19.
  • If you do not qualify for CCAP, but need help paying for afterschool care, please review the handbook for instructions. Applications must be submitted by Aug. 1.

Billing for Crew Club

Online payments will be accepted using the Procare System only. Families participating in the afterschool program are required to set up a Procare account and are required to set up recurring payments/billing. You will not be able to make a payment at the front desk or at Crew Club unless it is for a drop-in or all-day care drop-in.

Invoices will be emailed on the first of the month, due on the fifth of each month, September-May.

Financial Assistance Options

DDES partners with the Colorado Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) to provide financial assistance to families that are working, searching for employment or are in training, as well as families that are enrolled in the Colorado Works Program and need child care services to support their efforts toward self-sufficiency. Please visit the Denver Human Services CCAP page for all program information and application forms. 

The Crew Club Financial Assistance Program is for families that do not meet the financial requirements of CCAP (family income is over 85% of the State Median Income) but may still need some type of assistance to help pay for their program fees. Financial Assistance is reserved for parents who are currently employed, in school, or in the Colorado Works program. If parents are currently searching for work, you do not qualify for DDES FA.  

If you believe you may qualify for DDES Financial Assistance, please fill out the Financial Assistance Application. Note that your application will not be complete unless you attach the CCAP qualification letter. In order to process your application, we will need income verification in the form of a IRS tax return or most recent pay stub. DDES will keep all information provided strictly confidential.

Please allow the Crew Club up to one week to process your request. You will receive information regarding your application directly from the Crew Club Program Manager. All requests for financial assistance cannot be promised and will be granted on a case-by-case basis.

  •  Apply for CCAP if you have not already
  • Wait for your Qualification letter from CCAP.
  • If your family does not qualify, but you still need assistance, fill out the Scholarship Application or receive a copy from the DDES Front Desk. Requirements for Scholarship Application:
    • Household size information
    • Income verification: IRS tax return and most recent pay stub
    • Note: You must be currently employed or in school to further your education to qualify. 
  • Submit your application online.
  • DDES will contact you within one week of submission to notify you of your program fee.
