Crew Club is open throughout the school year Mondays-Thursdays from 3-6 p.m. and Fridays from 1-5 p.m.

The DDES Crew Club will be closed on the days shared below. Please plan ahead of time for childcare. It is important to DDES to give our staff a number of days to rest and rejuvenate during selective holiday breaks

All-day Care for Staff Planning days & Early Release Days
During teacher planning days and family conferences, families have the option of sending their child to the All-Day Crew Club. Participation on these days will be limited to students who have signed up for each specific day during registration.
If you have not signed up for this option in advance, you may or may not have the option to pay an all-day drop-in fee of $100/day. Please note that space will be limited and we may not be able to accept your child.
The $60 fee will be added to your monthly invoice and will be due with the following month’s payment. In addition, if you do not cancel within the window provided, you will be charged a $30 no-show fee. Please see the days we will be offering all-day care.

Camp All Day Care for School Breaks
DDES Crew Club also offers full-day “camp” programming during select school breaks, including Thanksgiving Break, Winter Break, and Spring Break. These camp days provide students with a fun, engaging, and active environment while school is not in session.
Participation is limited to students who register in advance for each specific camp day. Space is limited, and we may not be able to accommodate drop-in care. The cost for break camp days is $75/day and charges will be added to your monthly invoice.
Additional information, registration windows, and cancellation deadlines for each break camp will be shared with families prior to each school break.
