Hello, my name is Jenna Bertuzzo, and I am the new K-2 special education teacher at DDES. I moved to Colorado from Toronto, Ontario in 2013 to study elementary special education at Metropolitan State University. Since then, I have worked with a variety of students and settings from ECE through 5th grade. 2022-23 will be my 7th year teaching, and I am excited to work with an entirely new set of students in the expeditionary learning community at DDES! In my free time I love to go on walks, hang out with my dogs (Hercules the husky and Roo the Belgian malinois), and take care of my plants and succulents!
