First Grade TA
I’m Ja’Bria (She/Her), or Bee, and I’m from Little Rock, Arkansas. I have a passion for art, education, history, and building community. I graduated from the University of Arkansas, May 2025, where I received my degree in Art Education: Community Practice and Photography with a minor in Art History. I’ve been working with students from all grade levels through different creative outlets and in non-traditional spaces for five years. I’m excited to learn, grow, and explore many creative possibilities with DDES and its students as a 2nd grade TA!
When I’m not working or in school, I spend the majority of my time with my nose buried deep in a book, creating art, baking too many treats for one person, or hyper-focused on one of my many other hobbies. I’m also a bit of a nerd who likes to do research (and sometimes write research papers) for fun!
